A Talk with Slimane Zeghidour about his career as a great reporter and a war reporter.

Slimane Zeghidour is a French-Algerian writer, researcher and journalist. He is a specialist in the Arab world, Latin America (especially in the large Syro-Palestinian-Lebanese diaspora on that continent), Russia and Central Asia.

He also followed on the ground the rise of the fundamentalist movements of the three major monotheistic religions.

A great reporter and journalist, He is now editor-in-chief at TV5 Monde where he writes regular press articles. He is also an associate researcher at the Institute for International and Strategic Relations (IRIS). He used to intervene at Sciences Po on the theme of “geopolitics of religions”.

He obtained the “Clio Histoire” Prize for his work La vie quotidienne à la Mecque de Mahomet à nos jours (the day life in Mecca from Mahomet to the present)
